Howard James Booher III

Howard James Booher, III, 58, of Kittanning, died peacefully at home on Saturday, May 7, 2022.  He was born on June 20, 1963 in Kittanning, Pa., to Howard & Lona Booher, Jr.  Howard enjoyed hunting, fishing, scraping junk, and spending time with his grandchildren.  Left behind to cherish his memory are: his parents: Howard & Lona Booher; son, Eric Booher and wife, Sammie, of Kittanning; daughter, Jennifer Righi and partner, Jimmy McDonald, of Ford City; son, Zachary Booher and wife; granddaughter, Jordan and Devyn Morris, of Ford City; granddaughter, Isabella Righi, of Ford City; granddaughter, Brinley Booher, of Kittanning; grandson, Liam Booher, of Kittanning; three brothers: Leroy Booher and Jeffrey Booher, of Kittanning, and Mike Booher and wife, Amanda, of New Bethlehem; three sisters: Shirley Freedline and husband, Mark, of Dayton, Karen Bowser and husband, Jerry, of Ford City, and Melissa Hartzell and Ed Grates, of Kittanning; and many nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by: maternal grandparents: Erma (Frantz) Meyers and Leroy Frantz; paternal grandparents: Howard & Ruby Booher; uncles: Dale and Wesley Frantz; aunt, Alyce Foy; and niece, Tara Toy.  Family and friends will be received on Wednesday, May 11, 2022, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. until time of funeral service at 3 p.m. at Kennedy & Blodgett Funeral Home, Inc., 253 N. Grant Ave., Kittanning.
