Irene (Booher) Beers, 85, of Kittanning, died on Monday, June 1, 2026 at her home.  She was born December 27, 1940 in Worthington, the daughter of the late Emanuel and Bertha (Fails) Booher, and was a lifelong resident of the community.  Irene was a homemaker, she was of the Protestant faith and she enjoyed playing BINGO.

 She leaves behind to forever cherish her memory: her husband, Clarence "Buzz" Beers; sons, H. Wayne (Brenda) Beers, of Kittanning, Randy (Willetta) Beers, of Worthington and Darrel (Amy) Beers, of Worthington; daughters, Kim (Dan) Faiola, of Apollo, Pam (Cliff) Frailey, of Shelocta and Lisa (Tom) Shaner, of Kittanning; twin sister, Arlene Hartman, of Kittanning; 18 grandchildren and 8 great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.  Irene was preceded in death by her parents, Emanuel Booher and Bertha Booher-Toy; brothers, Chuck Booher, Paul Booher and Bill Booher; sisters, Pauline Anthony and Sarah Grates; and granddaughter, Grace Elizabeth Beers.  

Friends will be received on Thursday, June 4, 2026 from 2-4 p.m. & 6-8 p.m. at the Snyder-Crissman Funeral Home, 200 S. McKean St., Kittanning, Pa.  Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Friday, June 5, at 11 a.m. with Brad Hellein officiating, with an additional hour of visitation prior to the service.  Interment will be in Lawn Haven Burial Estates.
