Jacqueline "Cricket" Mutchler, of Worthington, passed away peacefully on Wednesday May 19, 2021 at Quality Life Services- Sugar Creek. She was 92. Born on August 2, 1928 in Kittanning to the late Humphrey and Ethel (Yockey) Carson, she was the oldest of 6 children. Jackie was a member of Saint Paul's Episcopal Church in Kittanning. After retiring as the assistant credit manager for Sears and Roebuck, she went to work at Arnold Insurance and Peluso Travel for 19 years. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jack R. Mutchler; her son, Lester F. Mutchler; two brothers, Donald S. Carson and Harold J. Carson; and one sister, Gail (Carson) Volner. She is survived by her granddaughter, Audrey A. Mutchler, of Washington, D.C.; a brother, Dale R. Carson, of Plum; and a sister, Mickie (Carson) Sweeney, of Kittanning. Also surviving is her sister-in-law, Joan Carson, of Braddock Hills as well as many nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews. A private, family viewing was held at the Snyder-Crissman Funeral Home in Kittanning. Interment was in Kittanning Cemetery.
