James A. Cochran, 73, of Templeton, passed away Wednesday November 26, 2025 at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh. He was born June 6, 1952 in Kittanning to Velma (Reedy) Cochran and the late Bernard Cochran. 

James was a truck driver for over 40 years and a member of the Templeton Community Church and the Pine Creek Sportsman’s Club. He enjoyed farming and hunting. 

He is survived by his mother Velma (Reedy) Cochran of Kittanning; daughter Renee (Kevin) John of Templeton; daughter Rachel Cochran of Ford City; grandchildren Lauren and Todd John of Templeton; brother Leonard (Nancy) Cochran of Templeton. 

He is preceded in death by his father Bernard Cochran. 

Friends will be received on Wednesday December 3, 2025 at the Snyder-Crissman Funeral Home in Kittanning from 3:00 P.M. until the time of a funeral service at 7:00 P.M. with Pastor Craig Lindahl officiating.
