James Mark John 61, of Latrobe, formerly of Kittanning, died on Thursday, Sept. 19, 2024 at his residence. He was born Sept. 18, 1963 in Kittanning to the late Arnold C. John Sr. and Anna Minerva (Goldinger) John. He was a butcher. He belonged to the Kittanning Eagles and he enjoyed hunting. Survivors include his ex-wife, Tammy Dreistadt; daughters, Roslyn John, Meghan John and Rebecca John; sisters, Judy (Charles) Wingard, Ruth Brunner and Shirley John; and brothers, Arnold C. John, Jr., Clarence (Diane) John, Charles (Janet) John and Dennis John. In addition to his parents, James was preceded in death by sisters, Ailene Bopp, Georgetta John and Edith Walls; and his brother, Gary John. Friends will be received on Thursday, Sept. 26, 2024 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Snyder-Crissman Funeral Home, 200 S. McKean St., Kittanning, Pa. with funeral services to immediately follow at 1 p.m. with Rev. Edward Walters officiating. Interment will be in Lawn Haven Burial Estates.
