Jayci L. (Gray) Freedlander

Jayci L. Freedlander, 54, of Kittanning, passed away on Tuesday, January 25, 2022 at Armstrong County Memorial Hospital. She was born September 8, 1967 in Kittanning, the daughter of Thomas William and Connie Lea (McGarvey) Gray. She was a figure skating and power skating coach at Belmont Complex and Pittsburgh Ice North. She spent 16 years of service in the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary. She was a member of the Lake Arthur Sailing Club.  Jayci leaves behind to cherish her memory her parents, Thomas William and Connie Lea (McGarvey) Gray, of Kittanning; husband, Dr. Howard Freedlander, of Kittanning; step-son, Aaron R. Freedlander, of Clayton, NC; grandson, Gabriel R. Freedlander, of Clayton, NC; brother, Jason W. Gray and wife, Amy Loughrey-Gray, of Ford City; and her dog, ‘Boone’. 

Friends will be received from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. on Saturday, January 29, 2022 at the Snyder-Crissman Funeral Home, 200 S. McKean St., Kittanning, PA. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 30, at the funeral home, with an additional hour of visitation prior to the service. Interment will be in Cowansville Cemetery. Masks or facial coverings are respectfully required to attend visitation and services.
