Jean Vivian (Fails) Turney, 84, of Worthington, passed away Monday June 22, 2026 at QLS Sugarcreek. Jean was born February 14, 1942 in Kittanning to the late David Walker and Genella Viola (Claypoole) Fails. She was a homemaker and enjoyed cooking with different recipes. She loved her cats and spending time with her family.

Jean is survived by her husband of over 65 years Lanny Turney of Worthington; son Mark (Judy) Turney of Worthington; grandchildren Douglas (Lindy) Turney of Cowansville and Julie Turney of Natrona Heights.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brother Glenn Fails; sister Avanelle Bowser.

Private viewing and services will be held by the family at the F. Duane Snyder Funeral Home in Worthington. Interment is in Lawn Haven Burial Estates.
