Jeffrey A. Hodak, 68, of Worthington, passed away Monday December 29, 2025 at ACMH Hospital. He was born May 27, 1957 to the late Louis and Mary Hodak. He graduated from Worthington High School and was a U.S. Army Veteran. He worked various jobs and retired from the Butler VA Hospital in 2019.
He was a member of St. John's Catholic Church and a lifetime member of the Buffalo Valley Sportsmen and Beagle Club.
He is survived by his wife Deborah (Smith) Hodak whom he married in 1979; sons Josh Hodak and Jill Morrow of Worthington, Brock (Wendy) Hodak of Kittanning; beloved pap to Brody and Gracie Hodak; brother William Hodak of Worthington; sister Karen (Harry) Burger of New Mexico; nephew Mark (Kelley) Hodak who was more like a younger brother of Worthington; brother-in-law Ron (Pam) Smith of Worthington; several nephews, nieces, and cousins.
Jeffrey was preceded in death by his parents and parent-in-laws John and Jean Smith.
