Judy Lee (Beveridge) Creel

Judy Lee (Beveridge) Creel, 77, of Kittanning - East Franklin Township, moved to Heaven on July 20, 2024. Born February 26, 1947, she was the only child of Floyd "Ernie" and Dorothy (Reesman) Beveridge. Judy was salutatorian of the Kittanning High School Class of 1965. She worked for the postal service and then several local banks, retiring as Branch Manager of S&T Bank's former Manor office. Judy also worked alongside her husband at Tires & More, a business they owned and operated from 1992 to 2008.

Judy was actively involved in church, Faith Baptist and more recently North Buffalo Grace Brethren. She was intentional about helping others and had a heart for rescue animals. She also authored three books. Of all her experiences and accomplishments, she was most passionate about being a wife and mom. Family was her priority. She was always two steps ahead making sure needs were being met and her family was well cared for. Home cooked meals, baked goods, and time to lend a hand or an ear were the norm in spite of her busy schedule.

Judy was preceded in death by her parents and her in-laws, Clarence "Bud" and Hally Creel.

Left with memories and the promise of being reunited for eternity are husband, Gary; daughter, Marci Lyn; son Ryan (Chrissy) Creel and fur babies, Rylee and Onyx; brother-in-law, Albert "George"  Creel, sister-in-law, Karen Nulph and niece, Tirzah (Pete) Harper. Also surviving are two very special people- William Bookwalter and Giana Bookwalter who adopted her as their "Grandma Judy" and whom she loved dearly.

in lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Judy's memory to Orphan's of the Storm or the Armstrong Community Foundation for a scholarship that will be established in her memory.

Private interment and arrangements are under the care of the Snyder-Crissman Funeral Home in Kittanning.
