Juliette Beatrice (Gagne) Harkless

Juliette Beatrice (Gagne) Harkless, 85, of Kittanning, passed away Thursday May 25, 2023 at ACMH Hospital. She was born October 1, 1937 in New Bedford, MA to the late Leo and Beatrice (Blow) Gagne Sr.

Juliette was the owner and operator of Juliette Harkless Beauty Haven for 15 years, then went on to be a CNA at Sugar Creek Rest for 22 years.

She is survived by her two sons William Harkless Jr. and his wife Norma of Kittanning and Ronald Harkless and his wife Linda of Kittanning; granddaughter Sherry Leon of Worthington; granddaughter Rita Cruz and her husband Bernardo of Bridgeville, DE; grandson Brad Harkless of Worthington; granddaughter Amanda (John) McFarland of Butler; great-grandchildren Sophia, Eduardo, Yasmin, Amber, Lily, Jayne, and Jack.

Juliette was preceded in death by her parents; husband William Harkless Sr; brother Leo Gagne Jr.

Friends will be received on Sunday May 28, 2023 at the Snyder-Crissman Funeral Home in Kittanning form 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 pm. A funeral service will be held on Monday May 29, 2023 in the funeral home at 10:00 am with Pastor Sue Foster officiating. Additional viewing will be held from 9:00 am until the time of the service. Interment is in the Worthington Presbyterian Cemetery.
