Kathleen Pearl (Cravener) Walters

Kathleen Pearl (Cravener) Walters, 72, of Kittanning, went to Heaven peacefully on Monday July 15, 2024 at Armstrong County Memorial Hospital. 

She was born on November 4, 1951 in Kittanning to the late Herman and Katherine (Cox) Cravener.

Kathy was a homemaker who enjoyed spending time with her family. She especially enjoyed watching the Halloween marathons on TV and "binge" watching her movie collection of "Halloween", "Friday the 13th", "King Kong", and "Godzilla". She also had a huge passion for eating Jordan's soft serve ice cream. She had a happy and soft hearted soul, who was a as gentle as a butterfly. She will be forever missed by all that loved her.

Kathy is survived by her daughter Christy Coleman and her husband Marty; son Richard Walter Jr. and companion Kathleen Peterson all of Kittanning; granddaughter Aubrey (Cumberledge) Hudac and her husband Edward of Adrian; grandson Austin Cumberledge of Kittanning; three great-grandchildren Isabella Cumberledge of Ford City; Edward and Elena Hudac of Adrian; her "very close" big sister Linda Gabler of Kittanning; sister Jeannine Tennant of West Virginia; brother Terrance (Debra) Cravener of Florida; brother Herman "Buss" Cravener of Kittanning; brother Michael (Diane) Cravener of Kittanning; two very special ladies Tiffannie Coleman and Stephanie Fair who were her home caregivers. Their compassion, love, and tenderness went above and beyond with their care for Kathleen. They will always carry a place in the hearts of her loved ones.

She was preceded in death by her husband Richard "Blue Blue" Walters Sr. whom she married April 4, 1970 and died August 2, 2022; her parents Herman and Katherine Cravener; brothers Leslie Alan Cravener, Clifford Cravener, Samuel Olinger, Alan Cravener, Richard Cravener, and infant twin sisters.

Services are private and the care of the Snyder-Crissman Funeral Home in Kittanning.
