Kenneth Dale Nulph, 93, of Kittanning, passed away peacefully on Friday, Sept. 13, 2024 at his residence. He was born August 17, 1931 in Worthington and was the last surviving child of Abram and Edna Florence (Jones) Nulph. He was a lifelong resident of the community. Kenneth was retired from the United States Postal Service and he was a Korean War veteran. He attended Grace Baptist Church. His memberships included Seneca Lodge No. 244, the Elks in Kittanning and Coudersport Consistory. Kenneth also belonged to Kittanning Hose Company No. 4 VFD and was a red coat volunteer at ACMH. He loved all outdoor activities.
He leaves behind to forever cherish his memory, his loving wife of 40 years, Bonnie Nulph, of Kittanning; sons, Mark "Cork" (Tammy) Nulph, of Kittanning and Mark Lamison, of Kittanning; son-in-law, Carl Pete Rhodes, of Kittanning; daughters, Pamela (Bill) Cupec, Laurie (Dave) Walker, of Prairieville, Louisiana and Lisa Nulph, of Kittanning; granddaughters, Marlee Wyant and Gabby Walker; grandsons, Brady Walker and Jake Lamison; many great-grandchildren; and his loyal companion, Sparky. In addition to his parents, Kenneth was preceded in death by his brothers, Harold, Robert, Donald, Norman and Harry; and daughter, Lisa Kay Lamison Rhodes.
The family would like to graciously thank Good Samaritan Hospice nurses Tammy and Alexis for their excellent care.
Friends will be received on Tuesday, Sept. 17, 2024 from 6-8 p.m. at the Snyder-Crissman Funeral Home, 200 S. McKean St., Kittanning, Pa. A masonic service will be held at 6 p.m. and a fireman's service will be held at 7 p.m. Additional visitation will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday, Sept. 18, from noon until time of funeral service at 1 p.m. with Pastor Nathan Bramlet officiating. Interment will be in Lawn Haven Burial Estates. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Kenneth's honor to Orphans of the Storm, PO Box 838, Kittanning, PA 16201.
