Linda "Jane" (Greenawalt) Winesburgh Obituary
Linda "Jane" (Greenawalt) Winesburgh, 81, of Kittanning, died on Thursday, February 20, 2025. She was born in Oak Ridge on May 29, 1943 to the late Edward Earl and Muriel Vernel (Sherman) Greenawalt. She was retired from Fashion Bug where she as a manager for 20 years, and she was the first church secretary at Harvest Community Church. She was a member of Reformed Presbyterian Church of Slate Lick. Jane loved vacationing in Florida and she was devoted to her children and grandchildren. She leaves behind to forever cherish her memory, her sons, David Richard Hepler, of Kittanning and Darin Lee (Brigitte) Hepler, of Kittanning; grandchildren, Jocelyn R. (Jonathan) Gibson, of Norfolk, Va., Jason J. Hepler, of Kittanning and Adam A. Hepler, of Kittanning; great-granddaughter, Jane Louise Gibson, of Norfolk, Va.; and her first husband, Richard L. Hepler, of Kittanning. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George Winesburgh; siblings, Nile Greenawalt, Sandra Lee Freeman, Helen Miller, Lila Jean Harper and 2 infant brothers. Friends will be received from 2-4 p.m. & 6-8 pm. on Monday, February 24, 2025 at Kennedy & Blodgett Funeral Home, 253 N. Grant Ave., Kittanning, Pa. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 25, at Reformed Presbyterian Church of Slate Lick, 1097 Freeport Rd., Kittanning with Rev. Richard Crofutt officiating, with an additional hour of visitation prior to the service. Interment will be in Lawn Haven Burial Estates.
