Lorena Ann (Shields) Crytzer, 64, of Ford City, died on Saturday, November 19, 2022 in Allegheny General Hospital.

She was born on October 16, 1958 in New Kensington, Pa to Della M. Palermo & Ralph A. Cousins.

Lorena loved all Pittsburgh sports, especially the Steelers. She also enjoyed spending time with her family, music, her significant other of 14 years, Richard, and her beloved dog, Duke. Lorena loved to cook and provide hospitality in anyway she could. She loved to celebrate life and all that it gifted. She had a free spirit with a heart of gold. Her love will be forever missed.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory: mother; Della Palermo, Daughters; Naomi Crytzer (Michael J. Gulish) and Demi (Shields) Neel and husband Andrew, Grandsons; Michael Gulish, Nevin Gulish, and Oryon Neel, cousin; Clara Mergen and husband Danny, aunt; Lois Shields, and many nieces and nephews.

Lorena was preceded in death by her father; Ralph Cousins, sister; Denise (Cousins) Murtland, brother; Lawrence “Larry” Cousins, uncles; John Shields & Dennis Shields, aunt; Delores Litteck, step-father; William J. Palermo, and many cousins and friends.

All visitation and services for Lorena will be private and have been entrusted to the Snyder-Crissman Funeral Home in Kittanning.
