Melissa Faye (Baum) Bellas

Melissa Faye (Baum) Bellas, 65, of Kittanning, passed away Monday October 21, 2024 at Magee Women's Hospital in Pittsburgh. She was born October 17, 1959 in Kittanning to the late Donald C. and Norma K. Baum.

Melissa was a lifelong resident of the community and retired from ACMH Hospital as a cook. She enjoyed gardening, crafting, baking, thrift store shopping, and spending time with her family and friends. 

She is survived by her husband Brian Bellas of Kittanning; daughter Jenny (James) Roundtree of Kittanning; son Brian (Joy) Bellas of Kittanning; daughter Chrissy (Dave) Rearick of Ford City; grandsons Dylan and Jordan Blystone of Kittanning; grandsons James Jr., Jace, and Jayvon Roundtree of Vandergrift; granddaughters Megan and Riley Bellas of Kittanning; brother, Donald Baum; sisters, Robin Baum and Heather Claypool; and best friends, Frank, Carla and Patty.

She is preceded in death by her parents and beloved dog Isabelle.

The family will have a memorial service at a later date.
