Noreita J. (Blose) Wolfe

Noreita J. (Blose) Wolfe, 82, of Cowansville, died Friday, July 27, 2018, at Meadow Lake Manor. She was born September 2, 1935, in Craigsville to the late Earl R. and Vivian A. (Bowser) Blose. She was a lifelong resident of the area and previously worked as a teacher’s aide for the Armstrong School District. Noreita was a member of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Worthington, and of the Eastern Star. She loved to cook, bake, gamble, and spending time with her family. Survivors include her sons; Gregg Wolfe and fiancé Lynn Weaver of Freeport, and Keith Wolfe and fiancé Katie Stewart of Kittanning; granddaughter Brianna Wolfe; grandsons Braidon Wolfe, Anthony O’Donnell, Colton Stewart, Carter Stewart, and Keitan Wolfe; sister Hattie (Frank) Wellnetz of Bella Vista, Arkansa.; brother Denny (Mardell) of Kittanning; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Kenneth E. Wolfe who passed away on December 18, 2017,; brothers Edward and William Blose; and sister Donna Brewer. Friends will be received Sunday from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. at the Snyder-Crissman Funeral Home in Kittanning. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday in the funeral home, with additional visitation from 10 a.m. until the time of the service. Interment will be at the Worthington Lutheran Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Noreita’s honor to Three Rivers Hospice.
