Patricia Rose (Murphy) Lunsford, 84, of Kittanning, passed away Tuesday October 8, 2024 at Allegheny General Hospital. She was born July 11, 1940 in Kittanning to the late Sidney and Joella (Crytzer) Murphy.

Pat cleaned houses for many years for numerous families in the Kittanning area. She attended the Furnace Run Chapel.

She enjoyed gambling, and loved going out to eat, playing bingo at the senior center. She had an affection for Boston Terriers. 

Patricia is survived by her sister Joie (John) Pryde of Kittanning; nephew Michael and niece Caitlyn; great nieces Harlow and Emmy; daughter Kimberly (Tony) Chiesa.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Stanley Lunsford, who she was deeply devoted to for 51 years. They were each others world; infant son James Lunsford; two sisters Connie Shertzer and Carol Lawrence.

Friends will be received on Thursday October 10, 2024 at the Snyder-Crissman Funeral Home in Kittanning from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. A funeral service will be held on Friday October 11, 2024 at 11:00 A.M. in the funeral home with Pastor Jimmy Edwards officiating. Additional visitation will be held from 10:00 A.M. until the time of the service. Interment is in the Oak Grove Cemetery.
