Obituary

Patti Lynn (Miller) McAfoose, 56, of Kittanning, died on Monday July 31, 2023 in ACMH Hospital.

She was born September 19, 1966 in Kittanning to the late Larry & Connie Miller.

Patti lived in the Kittanning area for 20 years and worked as a Direct Support Professional.

She enjoyed playing cards, watching her crime shows, spending time with family, vacationing and swimming. Patti loved her kitty cat as well as all of the strays. She was a member of the Kittanning Eagles and loved her Oakwood “family”.

Left behind to forever cherish her memory are her husband, James McAfoose of Kittanning, son, David Fox and wife Nichole Shaffer of Whitesburg, daughter; Trisha Leisure and husband Nathan Leisure of Ford City, granddaughter, Abigail Fox,  sister; Annie Johnston, brothers; Grant Miller, Larry “Bud” Miller, James Miller, Okie Miller, and Rich Miller and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her grandmother Mary Waldenville.

Patti was loved by many. She was one of the most selfless people we knew. She loved everybody.

Per Patti’s wishes there will be no viewing or services. The Snyder-Crissman Funeral Home in Kittanning is assisting the family with their arrangements.
