Patty Lou (Goodman) King

Patty Lou (Goodman) King, 72, of Kittanning, passed away on Saturday, March 7, 2026 at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pa.  She was born October 17, 1953 in ACMH Hospital, the daughter of the late James Jewell Hattie Mae (Smith) Goodman, and was a lifelong resident of the community.  She was a homemaker and she attended Furnace Run Union Chapel.  Patty enjoyed reading, gardening, crafts and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.  She leaves behind to forever cherish her memory, her husband, Randy C. King, of Kittanning; daughters, Chastity Troyan, of Ford City, Tina Cothran (John), of Dover, Pa. and Stacey Hedge (Daniel), of Kittanning; grandchildren, Sara Adams, of Vermont, Kia Adams (Dylan), of Melbourne, FL, Haylie Ortman (Theo), of Kittanning, Kayla McGinnis, of Beaver Falls, Pa., Logan McGinnis, of Beaver Falls, Pa., Caleb Cothran, of Dover, Pa. Randi Johns, of Kittanning, Alaina Cothran, of Dover, Pa., and LeighAnn Hedge, Kingston Hedge and Bethanie Hedge, all of Kittanning; great-grandchildren, Brandon Cass, Jr., of Summerfield, FL, Bently Ortman, of Kittanning, Vivian Ortman, of Kittanning and Isabella Turner, of Vermont; and her sister, Stella Treece, of Kittanning. 

In addition to her parents, Patty was preceded in death by her daughter, Carole King-Sealock; siblings, Violet Goodman, Harold Smith, Jewell Goodman, Bill Goodman, James Goodman, Sidney Goodman, Albie Goodman, Lawrence Goodman and Linda Query; and mother-in-law and father-in-law, Violet and Donald King.  

Friends will be received on Tuesday, March 10, 2026 from 3-5 p.m. & 7-9 p.m. at the Snyder-Crissman Funeral Home, 200 S. McKean St., Kittanning, Pa.  Additional visitation will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday, March 11, from 10 a.m. until time of funeral service at 11 a.m., with Pastor Tim Kutch officiating.  Interment will follow with committall service at Kittanning Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Patty's honor to Lupus Foundation of America at lupus.org.
