Peggy Joan (Livengood) Pacek

     Peggy Joan (Livengood) Pacek, age 65, of Ford Cliff, formerly of Cowansville, passed away on Saturday, March 6, 2020 at her home in Ford Cliff, where she resided the last 10 years.  She was born in Kittanning on June 2, 1955, a daughter of the late Linford Livengood and Edith (Dickey) Livengood Remaley.  Peggy was a U.S. Postal employee, retiring in 2011.  She belonged to the Wattersonville United Methodist Church.  She was a former member of the American Legion Post 325, Burnt Ridge Bow & Gun Club, and the Cowansville Beagle Club. 

     Left behind to cherish her memory includes her daughter, Jennifer Smith and husband, Craig; step-daughter, Carolyn Piper; step-son, Sean Pacek; sister, Sherry White; brothers, Randy Livengood, Terry Livengood and wife, Sue, Mitch Livengood and wife, Darla, Mark “Nick” Livengood, and Tim Livengood.  Peggy was preceded in death by her father, Linford, in 1986, and mother Edith, in 2016; and husband, Jerry, in 2004. 

     Friends will be received from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. with service to immediately follow at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, March 9, 2021 at the Snyder-Crissman Funeral Home, 200 S. McKean St., Kittanning, Pa with Rev. Sue Foster officiating.  Interment will be in Wattersonville Methodist Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Peggy’s honor to Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh Foundation, c/o PNC Bank, PO Box 535240, Pittsburgh, PA 15253-9926.
