Perry William Kaufman, 62, of Cowansville, passed away Tuesday May 5, 2026 at UPMC Shadyside Hospital. He was born September 29, 1963 in Baltimore, Maryland to George Kaufman and Catherine Buriak. Perry spent most of his life in Pennsylvania and also lived in Florida. He was a member of the United Methodist Church in Sherrett. Perry enjoyed hunting, fishing, and going to camp with his step-father Andy.

He is survived by his sister Janet (Rodney) Morris of West Kittanning; nephew Ben (Angie) Morris of Kittanning; brother Irwin (Sheila) Kaufman of Dubois; 2 nieces and 1 nephew.  Perry was preceded in death by his parents George Kaufman and Catherine Buriak; step father Andy Buriak.

There will be no visitation for Perry, the family will hold a private graveside service in the Sherrett Cemetery.
