Raymond L. Kilgore

     Raymond L. Kilgore, 68, of Cowansville, passed away on Monday, April 19, 2021 at Armstrong County Memorial Hospital.  He was born December 25, 1952 in Butler, Pa to the late Ralph Eugene Kilgore and Elizabeth Atkinson.  Raymond married Jean (Zier) Kilgore on October 4, 1975.  He was a retired Deputy Sheriff for Armstrong County.  He loved to watch the History Channel and Discovery Channel, especially Moonshiners.  He liked to read and to cook, especially ham and beans.  He loved the outdoors and Western movies.   He is survived by his wife,  Jean Kilgore; daughters, Jennifer Reedy, of Templeton and Heather Kilgore, of Wilmington, NC; brother, Roger Kilgore, of Kittanning; sister, Deb Kutch, of Kittanning; granddaughters, Shana Roudebush, Lacy Reedy, and a granddaughter coming in August; and several nieces and nephews.  Raymond was preceded in death by his parents.  Private arrangements are entrusted to the Snyder-Crissman Funeral Home in Cowansville, PA.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Raymond’s honor to the Orphans of the Storm, PO Box 838, Kittanning, PA 16201.
