September 1, 1947 - June 29, 2024

Robert "Bob" Blose, 76, of Kittanning, Pennsylvania, departed this life peacefully on June 29, 2024.  Bob married his high school sweetheart, Cathy Lee Cousins, and spent most of his career at Eljer.  Bob was a lifelong sports fan, both playing in his youth, coaching many youth sports teams, and cheering on the Pirates, Penguins and Steelers every chance he got.  He was a quiet, funny and stubborn man who fiercely loved his friends and family, and cherished being a grandfather.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Cathy, and daughter, Jessica McClelland.  He is survived by his son, Brett Blose (Sara); grandson, Andrew Blose; brothers, Donald "Duck" Blose (Robin) and Bill Blose; and son-in-law, John McClelland.  Friends will be received on Wednesday, July 3, 2024 from 11a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Snyder-Crissman Funeral Home, 200 S. McKean St., Kittanning, Pa. with a funeral service celebrating Bob's life to immediately follow at 2 p.m.  Interment will be in Kittanning Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to The Neighborhood Academy, 709 North Aiken Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15206 in Jessica McClelland's name.
