Robert P. Lorigan

     Robert P. “Bug Man” Lorigan, 61 of Kittanning, passed away Thursday, February 4, 2021 at home.  He was born February 27, 1959 to Robert R. and Connie Lorigan.  He was a lifelong resident of the area and owned Lorigan Pest Control and also worked at Eljer and Pullman Standard.  He enjoyed fishing, his dogs, riding four wheelers, working on tractors, and spending time with his grandchildren.  He was the owner and operator of Lorigan Pest Control Well, known in the area as “Bug Man”.

     Robert is survived by his wife, Janet (John) Lorigan of Kittanning; mother, Connie Lorigan of Kittanning; sister, Georgina John, of Ohio; sons, Robert C. (Lisa) Lorigan, of Rural Valley and David P. (Abby) Lorigan, of Ford City; grandchildren, Paige, Cristen, Kelsey, Robert Jr., Megan, and Addison Lorigan.  He was preceded in death by his father, Robert R. Lorigan; grandparents, Robert A. (Ethel) Lorigan and Warden (Sylvia) Wolfe.

     Private services were held by the family at Snyder-Crissman Funeral Home in Kittanning.
