Robert Dale Mack, 75, of Kittanning, died Monday, Aug. 13, 2018, at Premier Armstrong Rehabilitation & Nursing Facility. He was born July 14, 1943, to the late Linton G. and Helen C. (Fox) Mack, and lived in the community for 40 years. He formerly worked as a custodian at Kittanning Cemetery. He was a U.S. Coast Guard veteran, serving in the Vietnam War. Robert enjoyed fishing and hunting. Most of all, he loved spending time with his grandchildren.
Survivors include his wife, Dorothy A. (Bish) Mack, of Kittanning; sons, Roger (Cheyanna) Mack, of Ford City, Ross Mack, of Kittanning, Derek Mack, of Kittanning, Robert Mack, of New Bedford, Mass., and Roy (Lynne) Mack, of New Bedford; daughters, Crystal Mack of Kittanning, and Carol (Robert) Freitas of New Bedford; stepson Ryan Bish of Kittanning; brothers Ed (Carol) Mack of Valencia, and Gene (Gail) Mack of Pittsburgh; and grandchildren, Ernest, Ethan, and Riley Rosenberger, Karson Croyle, Khloe and Rosalie Mack, all of Kittanning. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Kenneth L. Mack, Richard L. Mack, and Donald F. Mack; and his grandson, Damien M. McNulty.
Friends will be received on Saturday Aug. 18, from 9:30 a.m., until the time of funeral services at 11 a.m., at the Snyder-Crissman Funeral Home, 200 S. McKean St., Kittanning, with the Rev. Wade Berkey officiating.
