Sally A. Felton, 91, of Kittanning, passed away on Saturday, July 12, 2025 at Grey's Colonial Acres.  She was born in Kittanning on April 27, 1934, the daughter of the late Eberly and Ellen (McNutt) Bowser, and she was a lifelong resident of the community.  She formerly worked as a bank teller at Mellon Bank.  She belonged to FUMC of Kittanning.  Sally formerly served as co-chair of S.I.F.T. Program, was member of Friday Night Circle at church, Heavenly Daughters Bible Group, YMCA group, Salvation Army Auxiliary and was a former Red Hat Lady.  She enjoyed spending time at Jumonville Church Camp, shopping and enjoying time with her family, working crossword puzzles, and playing card games and dominos with friends.  She made friends wherever she went, and especially loved going to the beach with her family.  She will be missed dearly.  

She leaves behind to forever cherish her memory, her niece, Martha Anne Bowser, of Craigsville; great-nephew, Brandon Schrecengost, of Kittanning; great-niece, Larissa Schrecengost, of Kittanning; and great-great-nephews, Levi Schrecengost, Archer Fox and Dexter Fox, all of Kittanning.  In addition to her parents, Sally was preceded in death by her husband, Roy K. Felton; and brother, Richard E. Bowser.

Friends will be received on Thursday, July 17, 2025 from 4 p.m. until time of Memorial Service  at 6 p.m. at the Snyder-Crissman Funeral Home, 200 S.
