Sherwood C. Kline, Sr.

Sherwood Kline Sr. 86 of Templeton,  PA passed away on Dec 25, 2025 at Magee hospital in Pittsburgh. He was born Oct 7, 1939 to Thomas and Laverne (Thompson) Kline of Templeton. He was a lifelong resident of Templeton and married Helen Nunamaker on June 25, 1958. They had five children.  Cindy (Mike) Riskosky of Kittanning, George (Kathy) Kline of Templeton, Deborah (Tim) Clark of Kittanning, Sherwood Jr (Donna) Kline of Templeton, and Sandy (Jim) Bryan of Templeton; 10 Grandchildren Aleisha Grates, Joshua Johns, Micheal Riskosky Jr , Joseph Riskosky, Jeremy Crissman, Heather Rullo,Tom Henson Brittany Kline, Brianna Matthews,and Nicole Cornman;  23 Great Grandchildren Brandon, Jasmine, Cody, Caden, Rylee, Emily, Leo, Julvia, Taylor, Tatum, AJ, Kieffer, Sidney, Jaxson, Ethan, John, Nina, Savanna,  Braden, Cole, Landon, Madelyn, Zachary; 1 Great Great grandson Levi; Numerous neices and nephews; 1 Surviving sister Georgia Jones of Borden Indiana 

He is preceded in death by his parents Thomas and Laverne Kline; 1 Infant brother Thomas Jr.; Brothers Phillip Kline and Larry Kline; Sisters June Lewave Atherton, and Ruth Valjean Nunamaker.

Friends will be received for a memorial gathering on Monday December 29, 2025 at the Snyder-Crissman Funeral Home in Kittanning from 10:00 A.M. until the time of a Memorial Service at 11:00 A.M. with Pastor Craig Lindahl officiating.
