Shirley I. Shaffer

     Shirley I. Shaffer, 88, of Elderton, passed away Saturday, February 6, 2021 UPMC Mercy Hospital in Pittsburgh.  She was born March 19, 1932 to the late Elmer R. and Eliza (Jones) Davis.  Survivors include her daughter, Susan Cullum; brother, William (Marsha) Davis; step-children, Butch Shaffer, Randy Shaffer, and Janet Shaffer; ten grandchildren, Roxanne Cullum (Shawn Galbraith), Joe (Dayna) Cullum, Shirley Rothwell, Donna Rothwell, Donny (April) Rothwell, Danielle (Rich) Adams, Brandon Shaffer, Ryan Shaffer, Jason Shaffer, Jenna (Jimmy) Walters; and several great-grandchildren.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Lloyd (Mike) Greiner; second husband, William P. Shaffer Sr.; daughter, Cindy Rothwell; siblings, Russell Davis, Clara (Peg) Hooks, Carl Davis, Jessie Davis, Esther Wilson, Beverly Meyers, and Gary Davis.

     Friends will be received from 1-4 p.m. and 5-9 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 10, 2021 at the Snyder-Crissman Funeral Home, 200 S. McKean St., Kittanning, Pa 16201.  Additional visitation will be held at the funeral home on Thursday from 1 p.m. until time of funeral service at 1:30 p.m. with Rev. Tim Lewis officiating.  Burial will follow in St. Mark’s Lutheran Cemetery in Adrian, Pa.  Guests attending the viewing or service for Shirley are respectfully asked to wear a mask or facial covering, social distance, and follow all CDC/Health Department health and safety protocols.
