Thomas Cornman Obituary

Thomas Eugene Cornman, 74, of Cowansville, passed away Thursday June 24, 2021 at the VA Hospital in Butler. He was born July 13, 1946 in Kittanning to the late Elmer and Carrie Ann (Sipes) Cornman. Thomas retired after 42 years of service working for General Motors. He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. Tom enjoyed Sudoku, playing bingo, and putting puzzles together. 

He is survived by his wife Bertha (Willyard) Cornman of Cowansville; son Tommy Cornman of Clinton Township, Michigan; son Robert (Lynn) Cornman of Williamsburg, Virginia; step-daughter Julie Johns of Adrian; step-son Jeffrey Johns of Kittanning; grandchildren Taryn Cornman, Savannah Cornman, Chloe Cornman, Jessica (Julio) Garcia, Melody (Michael) Fennell, Kenya Johns, and Toby Johns; great grandchildren Issac, Abraham, and Lydia Fennell; brother Samuel (Barbara) Cornman of Dubois; sister Brenda (Mike) Frerotte of Ford City. He was preceded in death by his parents. 

Friends will be received Saturday, June 26, 2021 from 10:00 am until the time of the service at 1:00 pm at the Kennedy& Blodgett Funeral Home in Kittanning with Rev. Vincent Edwin officiating. Interment is in the West Glade Run Presbyterian Cemetery.
