William Leroy Duncan Obituary

William Leroy Duncan, 95, of West Kittanning, passed away on Tuesday, December 16, 2025 at his home.  He was born August 10, 1930 in Bridgeburg, Pa., the son of the late Herman and Pluma (Cousins) Duncan, and lived in the community for 70 years.  He was a truck driver, retiring at the age of 82.  William was a Korean War veteran, serving in the U.S. Air Force for 1 year, the U.S. Navy for 4 years, and the Air Force Reserves for 2 years, where he was an air controlman.   He leaves behind to forever cherish his memory, his son, Joseph Duncan, of West Kittanning; sister, Linda Trout, of Riverview, Florida; 3 nephews, Neil Bowser, Todd Trout and Scot Trout; and 1 niece, Julie Bowser.  In addition to his parents, William was preceded in death by his sister, Bonnie Bowser, of Foxburg; nephew, Ray Bowser; niece, LuAnn Carbough; and nephew, Eric Trout.  Private arrangements are entrusted to the Snyder-Crissman Funeral Home in Kittanning.  Inurnment will be in Lawn Haven Burial Estates.
