William James “Bill” Titus Sr., 66, of Dayton, died on Tuesday, May 7, 2024 at his residence. He was born September 27, 1957 in Kittanning to William Levi and Mabel Annas (Boney) Titus. Bill was a U.S. Army veteran who enjoyed hunting, fishing and working on cars. He was of the Baptist faith. He leaves behind to cherish his memory his wife, Barbara (Long) Titus, of Dayton; sons, Doug (Heather) Titus, of Florida and Bill Titus, Jr.; step-son, Kevin Slease, of Timblin; step-daughter in-law, Reba Miller, of Mayport; sons, Russell (Stephanie) Titus, of Dayton and Shawn Titus, of Dayton; daughter, Charlene Titus, of Dayton; his dog, “Abby”; 11 grandchildren; and sisters, Shirley Walker, of Kittanning, Frances Walbert, of Templeton, Connie Gabler (Jerry), of Ohio and Carol Wolford, of Ohio. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Karen Titus; and a brother, baby boy Titus who passed away at birth. Family and friends will be received from 6-8 p.m. on Monday, May 13, 2024 at Kennedy & Blodgett Funeral Home, 253 N. Grant Ave., Kittanning, PA 16201. Interment is private.
